Como parte vendedora, declaramos que tenemos disponible a la venta oro aluvial / ORO EN POLVO, PRODUCTO BÁSICO, de África Occidental, Ghana.

Este será según las especificaciones y en la cantidad y el precio especificado en los Términos y Condiciones aquí expuestos.

Esta representación del firmante se hace con completa Corporativa Autoridad del vendedor.

ESPECIFICACIONES DE PRODUCTO BÁSICO:

a) de productos básicos: oro aluvial Concentrado / Gold Dust

b) Forma : Gold Dust UA

c) Pureza: 98,53%

d) Finura: 23 + quilates

e) Origen: Ghana.

g) Embalaje: Cajas de Exportación de paquetes a través de PMMC Ghana.

g) Cantidad: 200 a 500 kilos de prueba.

h) Precio: USD $ 17,000 + 2,000 Oro en polvo (incluido el transporte y refinado)

i) Entrega: CIF destino del comprador.

CONDICIONES DE PAGO:

a) El Comprador emitirá pago de la garantía irrevocable MT 103 confirmados por SWIFT.

b) El vendedor deberá colocar los bonos 2% dentro de 5 días de la recepción de LC de los compradores.

c) El vendedor deberá expedir el polvo de oro a la refinería del comprador, después de ensayo final se hará transferencia bancaria de la cantidad correspondiente en un plazo de 3 días a travéz de transferencia telegráfica Wire (TT).

d) La propiedad jurídica del oro, se transfieren al comprador cuando se realice el pago total.

e) LC emitida por el comprador pasa a ser nula y sin efecto al recibir el pago total.

f) El vendedor le enviará al comprador LC . El Comprador enviará al Banco del vendedor la LC.

Esperamos hacer negocios con Ustedes de forma satisfactoria para ambas partes y tan pronto como sea posible.

Precio por kilogramo de 17.000 $USD + 2.000 $USD comisión por parte del comprador,

estando reservados inamobiblemente el 50%, osea 1.000$ para el grupo vendedor (nosotros

cobramos nuestros honorarios en el grupo del comprador. Contacto directo con grupo vendedor y mandatario!)

Si tienes comprador interesado y que cumpla nuestro modo de trabajo,

solo necesito saber la cantidad de METAL EN POLVO que quieren comprar y en cuanto tiempo.

Los contratos que se hacen son:

- mínimo a un año, y mínima cantidad de 1.000 kg mensuales.

We the Seller, hereby declares that we are ready, willing and have the Proof of Product ability to complete the sale of the ALLUVIAL GOLD CONCENTRATE / GOLD DUST COMMODITY, from West Africa, Ghana.

This shall be as per Specifications and in the quantity and the price specified in the Terms and Conditions as herein set forth.

This representation and signatory is made with Full Corporate Authority of the Seller.

a) Commodity: Alluvial Gold Concentrate / Gold Dust

b) Form: Gold Dust AU

c) Purity: 98.53%

d) Fineness: 23 + karats

e) Origin: Ghana.

g) Packing: Export Package Boxes through PMMC Ghana.

g) Quantity: 200kg a 500 Kg first Trial.

h) Price: USD $17.000 + 2,000AU Dust (Transportation and refined included)

i) Delivery: CIF- Buyer destination.

PAYMENT TERMS:

a) Buyer shall issue payment guarantee irrevocable (LC) MT 103 confirmed by swift.

b) Seller shall place 2% bond WITHIN 5 days of receipt of LC from buyers.

c) Seller shall ship the gold dust to the buyer´s refinery, after final assay buyer shall wire transfer the full amount within 3 days through Telegraphic Wire transfer (TT).

d) Legal ownership of the gold shall be transferred to the buyer when full payment is made.

e) LC issued by the buyer shall become null and void upon receipt of full payment.

f) Seller will send buyers LC Verbiage which Buyer will send to Bank for LC to seller.
